1.I was genuinely so worried there was going to be another tree rape scene, and when it ended with just getting off screened I sighed in relief. Being killed and dragged off by trees is way better.

2. The first time I saw the movie and saw the A Farewell to Arms on the bucket that held Ash’s freshly cut off hand, I lost it. Had to pause the movie and stop laughing. That’s the dark twisted humor I wanted to see. I love how the movie doesn’t take it super seriously or linger on it for too ling. It lasts just long enough to get you to chuckle and then disappears.
